Hessel Group Training Organisation has 8 Traineeship opportunities to become a qualified Aged Care worker and become an important part of a growing industry!
Why a traineeship?
A traineeship is a great way to achieve nationally recognised qualifications and kickstart a fulfilling career, all whilst getting paid from day one.
The successful candidates will undergo a combination of on-the-job training and off the job training to achieve either a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) (CHC33015). One day a week will be allocated to training and the remainder of the week is working in the community, supporting clients and using your new skills.
You will have the support and guidance of a dedicated Field Officer throughout your entire Traineeship journey.
What you will need to succeed
Your will either hold or be willing to obtain the below:
- NDIS Worker Check
- Manual Handling Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Proof of Covid 19 Vaccination x2 and Booster
- Proof of Influenza Vaccination
