3.7% is a slight increase from March’s figures displaying 3.5% unemployment. The newly unveiled figures also reveal a decrease in the Labour Force Participation Rate to 66.7%
Treasurer Jim Chalmers stated that the rate was “still remarkably low given what has come at us from around the world”.
