A traineeship will see you earning an income from day 1 while you undertake a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30113) or Individual Support (CHC33015) (aged care or disability).

What’s next?
Our recruitment officer will contact you to discuss your application. You may then be invited in for an interview and if successful, a meeting with your host employer will be arranged.
Hessel GTO will then organise and enrol you into your Certificate III qualification.
When your traineeship commences you will be required to work with your host employer for 4 days a week and 1 day of study.
But we won’t just place you with a host and forget. You will be assigned a Hessel GTO Field Officer who will be on hand and assist you at every step.
The best news of all is at the completion of your Traineeship, usually within 12 months, you’ll be certified and ready for a rewarding career in the care sector.
