TAPS is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1997 and since then, the aim has been to reverse the falling number of trainees and apprentices in the plumbing and roofing industries. Their role is to employ, monitor and supply apprentices to potential host employers.  

Ricky says this is a great option for those who don’t fancy going to University after they leave school. Not only is it hands on and outdoorsy, but you’re getting paid to learn!
